But the search for the bike wasn't an easy one.
I tried craigslist but with little success. I guess the US ex-pats here in São Paulo like to keep it low key and aren't posting much on CL.
It was nearly impossible to find a bike that wasn't
new. Check out how expensive these bikes were! R$ 3.999??? That's like $2,000 whaaaaa???? Sorry, Trinh, I'm not at a place where I can spend that much on my bikes yet.
